Of course you should be cautious about alcohol anyway, but it\u2019s a huge contributor to binge eating ESPECIALLY IN DECEMBER. For instance, you have a few drinks, get drunk and go home and eat as much as you can and you don\u2019t even remember how you got there. The other thing is a morning hangover. Many of us have those memories of being in college or in our early 20\u2019s and having had one (or 10) too many and waking up so sick and so hungover and needing to eat lots of heavy starchy foods to coat your stomach and make you feel better. It\u2019s real. I\u2019m not saying don\u2019t go out and enjoy yourself, you should\u2013 but try to be mindful with alcohol because it really co-occurs with binge eating.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you are out at a party:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you are new to alcohol and were only able to buy it by using a fake id from a site like\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/fakeyourdrank.com\/\">https:\/\/fakeyourdrank.com\/<\/a>,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">you may not know your tolerance yet and things could easily go wrong. Don\u2019t drink on an empty stomach make sure to eat food first because as you likely know, when you drink on an empty stomach you start metabolizing it very quickly and you get drunk fast. Eat first.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For every drink you have, have a full glass of water in between.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Limit yourself to 2 or 3 at the most drinks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Inspiration for the Day<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>\u201cI hated every minute of training, but I said, \u2018Don\u2019t quit. But when you are on the right path you will get to the other side and it will become easy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>\u201cIf we are facing in the right direction, all we have to do is keep on walking.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 Zen proverb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I\u2019ll talk to you all on Monday.
