Fat is not just adipose tissue to us – it means something else. It means not good enough, not disciplined enough, not worthy enough…. So when you say, “I feel fat,” you are meaning something different. Am I feeling angry at myself? Am I feeling afraid that I will be rejected or snubbed or not worthy of love or respect? Am I afraid that I’m not good enough? Am I feeling my own judgment coming up and spilling all over myself?

2.
